• Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biology or other related major.

•  3+ years' of American BD working experience in major Pharmaceutical companies or CROs.

• Have the Green Card or American citizenship.

• Excellent communication and management skills.

• Setup and expand the business of Medicilon in USA.

• Submit all data related to the marketing activities as required by the company from time to time.

• Analyze the market status of US business and provide market analysis report to provide accurate market basis for company decision.

• Find leads, close deals to achieve the personal annual sales target.

• Regularly attend exhibitions and other events that result in direct sales opportunities and other benefits for the company.
