招聘岗位情况：

1.IT System Administrator

Responsibility

• Install and configuresoftware and hardware

• Manage network serversand technology tools

• Set up accounts andworkstations

• Monitor performance and maintain systems accordingto requirements

• Troubleshoot issues and outages

• Ensure security through access controls, backupsand firewalls

• Upgrade systems with new releases and models

• Develop expertise to train staff on newtechnologies

• Build an internal wiki with technicaldocumentation, manuals and IT policies

• Fixed assets (IT related) management andprocurement.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above, computer or comparablemajor.   

• + 5 years working experience as a SystemAdministrator, Network Administrator or similar role in medium-sizeenterprises.

• CET-4, good listening, speaking, reading andwriting skills.

• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) andpatch management

• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusiondetection systems) and data backup/recovery

•  Ability to createscripts in Python, Perl or other language

• Familiarity with variousoperating systems and platforms

• Resourcefulness andproblem-solving aptitude

•  BSc/Ba in InformationTechnology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professionalcertification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus

• Familiar with ERP & PDM system (Plus)

2.AP accountant

Areasof Responsibility:

• Review prepayment and monthly supplier payment,incl. Contract, vendor verification, price deviation from PO approval. Anydeviation, tracking procurement department and resolving issues.

• Review VAT input, Custom Duties, Import FreightTariff.

• AP Ledger journal booking in ERP system, includeAccount Payable, Prepaid Account, Tax Payable Accounts and etc.

• Review Procurement Contract and Achieve

• Monthly Account Payable Analysis Report, Aginganalysis and regular follow up meeting with Procurement Department.

• Regular Vendor Master Data review and VAT accountsand payable accounts’reconciliation.

• Inventory management, InventoryProvision/Adjustment

• Monthly and Annual Closing; Inventory counting.

• Miscellaneous and other ad.hoc tasks.

Qualification / Experience:

•  At least 5 yearsmanufacturing plant working experiences.

•  Knowledge of accountingregulations both US GAAP and PRC GAAP

•  Quality in own workincluding meeting deadlines

• Good CommunicationSkill, Self-driver mentality and high motivation into business

3.EHS-秦皇岛

任职资格：

• 具有环境/安全/化工工作经验；

• 至少5年工业公司EHS工作经验；

• 熟悉当地环境，健康和安全法规；

• 工业安全或环境方面的技术专长；

• 良好的沟通技巧；

• 良好的计算机技能；

4.焊工-秦皇岛

任职要求：

• 焊接专业中技以上, 一年以上氩弧焊工作经验；

• 有有效的特种工操作证书；

• 能够独立操作氩弧焊机；

• 最好能够看懂机械图纸；

5.质量实习生

岗位职责：

• 在质控部从事与质量相关的工作

任职要求：

• 机械或工程类背景，有制造业工作背景优选

• 能够使用基本量具

• 有一点英文基础，能看懂英文图纸

•  能够使用office等办公软件

• 大三或大四学生每周至少可以工作3天

6.仓库实习生

岗位职责：

• 仓库5S管理

• 使用ERP系统进行出入库工作

• 仓库账目核对

• 根据ERP系统指示进行出入库等操作

• 记录仓库收发存台账

• 进出口单据制作、物流运输安排

• 现场产程品包装及完工情况确认

• 处理系统发货出入库及相关单据

任职要求：

• 全日制大学专科及以上物流管理专业、国际贸易专业

• 英语读写能力优

• 沟通能力强

• 熟练使用计算机，office办公软件等

• 要求身体素质良好
